Figure 1: An Albino cucumber?
I recently had the opportunity to try this new (for me) vegetable, compliments of my daughter’s organic farm. Being a cucumber lover, one would think I’d have run into this little number before. Tastey! – Especially with tomatoes, cilantro, salad dressing, and a dash of pepper.
